Merging Chaos Gloves
I would love it we can get the option of allowing our chaos gloves blend with the gloves of our desired armor such as the mesmers. I know Chaos Gloves indicate you spent a lot and carries a lot of prestigue, but I'd love to see chaos gloves mix with my assassin's vabbi, obby, canthan elite gloves.

Okay, this late in the life of the game, most of your suggestions would take away from the release of the next game, and from actual content in the current game... Its great that you want to suggest these things, but on a scale of importance, i would say meshing chaos gloves to existent skins is pretty low on the order of things devs need to focus on. not to mention, those sets exist the way they are, i would honestly suggest playing with TexMod a bit. you can get the results you want, and devs can do what they need to

It would require a complete redesign of the armor system: currently, only the Mesmer has actual "gloves", every other profession has armor pieces that extend well beyond the wrists, up to the elbow. Chaos Gloves need to follow this convention.
Unless they change this - hence, redesigning all the armor meshes - it simply can't be done.

They should have just released a 'chaos dye' that you could buy for 20-30e or so, and was a really rare drop from some high end chest.
No point doing it now though.

every time you make a suggestion its either completely unwanted by everyone else, or would take a lot of time to implement. you should really stop making posts out of all your brain farts

None of this is impossible and would take away from anything. People suggested extra storage, the makeover stylist and other things while people went negative and claimed it would be impossible. Anet made it happen and put all those negative replies in their place. The idea of adding merging chaos gloves with other gloves should be just simple and easily done. Besides the next game isnt happening til maybe somewhere next year unless they still decide to push it back.

Because these could be done with reasonable effort, what stopped them was usually the lack of resources. Now, redesigning all the armor meshes for a set of gloves it's entirely a different thing and...

... no, it's not simple and easily done at all. Hate to quote myself:

It's not a problem with the Chaos Gloves, it's a problem with the very basic design of most armor sets and it doesn't depend on armors but rather on the way character meshes were created in the first place: they likely chose to make gloves run over the whole forearm for easier animation. They couldn't foresee the need to make all armors with wrist-high gloves and probably regret this, but I really don't think they'll ever go THAT far into redesign for such a minor problem.

Why is it that every single thread you make sounds like "I spent a lot of FICTIONAL money on this FICTIONAL item, I deserve something for that because I am not satisfied and I am very important. And I'm also super awesome."?

Why is it that every time someone suggests something there are a bunch of idiots that go out of their way to suggest in either a rude insulting or patronising way that the original poster should stop having ideas.
Don't like the idea fair enough but there is no need to step on people for having imagination.
We all know the armour in the game could have been designed better there have been clipping issues right through the games life and yes your right they probably will not make any great changes to gw.

Not to be rude or anything, but a lot of your ideas are half baked, unnecessary, and generally a waste of time to even bother reading. If you could come up with an idea that was feasible, if not useful, rather than the neither useful, nor feasible ideas you keep coming up with, people wouldn't react so badly.

Like Yol said, they used to, but now, all it takes is buying gold from a website, or some other method that requires minimal effort to make what is supposed to be a lot of money. When having 75-100 ecto actually meant someone was rich, this could be considered, but now, since everyone that WANTS Chaos Gloves has them, the prestige is gone, and thus the point of having something like this. A cool idea nonetheless, but meaningless without status. Back when only the elite of the elite had Obsidian Armor (before I started playing), where it actually took EFFORT to get Obsidian Shards and Globs of Ectoplasm, I'd be all over this idea.

Hm... the only way I can imagine to do this is by making some kind of visual effect that would take up the costume or headgear slot, or stick permanently to the character while some title is selected.
To much hassle for something that just means: "I wasted a lot of time and energy to get some bling".
